Green Berberis thunbergii - Bare Root Hedging

Green Berberis makes an excellent barrier for keeping unwanted visitors and animals away.  Green Berberis is a deciduous, compact variety with green coloured leaves, orange flowers in spring and red fruits in autumn. Berberis is perfect for bringing in that spring colour to the gardens.  It is a good choice for coastal areas as it tolerates the salt, windy conditions. Quick growing and easy to maintain. Berberis is useful for informal hedging and and to help secure boundaries thanks to its sharp spikes  Great for wildlife as its spikes will protect nesting birds and red autumn fruits make the berberis hedging plants attractive to wildlife in the autumn.
