PRODUCT CODE: PLR-RB-100/125
Common Laurel Hedge - Prunus laurocerasus Rotundifolia - (3-4ft)
Description
Common Laurel hedging is a bushy laurel plant with shorter leaves. It is fast growing, vigorous and good for hedging. It has loads of tiny white flowers in vertical spikes in spring and early summer followed by shiny black fruit that birds love. Pruning hard back will encourage laurel hedge plants to sprout back quickly with thicker growth. Common Laurel hedge plants are perfect for smaller gardens as they are a more manageable plant. Ultimate height and spread - 5m x 4m. Plant full sun to partial shade, well-draining soil. Plant 2 plants per metre in a single row or for a thicker hedge, plant 4 plants per metre in a double staggered row. Supplied 90/120cm tall, Rootball
IMPORTANT: Minimum order size of 5 required as this product is heavy and needs to be delivered on a pallet. There is a 7-10 day lead time for rootball despatch from date of order as rootballs are lifted and prepared to order.
***Scot Plants Direct can only supply Rootballed plants when they are dormant during the winter months but you can PRE ORDER now to ensure an early delivery date at the start of the season in November.
