Description

Rhododendron Tortoiseshell Orange is a startling show of orange / red flowers, with a hint of pink, on trusses during June.  Tortoiseshell Orange has a compact dome shaped growing habit.  Ideal for the smaller gardens, or containers and will look stunning on the patio. 

Where to Plant

Plant in partial shade, south, east, west or north facing.  Best soil would be clay, loam or sand and pH acid.  Make sure the soil is moist, but well-draining. Ultimate height and spread 1.5-2.5m x 1.5-2.5m in about 5-10 years.
