Jersey Blueberry are high in antioxidants and a front running favourite for home gardeners who want an easy bush to grow and is also a heirloom classic berry. Jersey produces late season crops year after year. This bush tolerates a wide range of soil types, blueberries are small to medium sized, with sweet tasting fruit and is a favourite for baking. Jersey will grow to 6-8ft upright. Orange flame winter stem colour will brighten up that cold winter garden. Self fertile blueberry Jersey would benefit better pollination with another blueberry plant.
Where to Plant
Jersey blueberry plants best planted in full sun, well draining, moist soil. Soil should be acidic (pH4.5-5.0) amend with ericaceous compost before planting. Water well first year of growth.
