The Portuguese laurel has striking dark green, pointed, glossy leaves produced on maroon stems. Small fragrant white flowers attract bees and butterflies producing small red fruits in summer for other wildlife to enjoy. Lusitanica is easy to maintain and shape needing only one prune per year.
