Scottish Grown Loganberry (rubus loganobaccus) Thornless - 3 Litre Pot

The Thornless Loganberry (Rubus x loganobaccus) is a cross between a blackberry and raspberry fruiting earlier than its blackberry parent and having a high vitamin C content.  Fruit is produced for about 2 months from July to September, harvesting the berries when they are deep purple in colour.  Loganberries may be eaten right off the bush, used as an ingredient in jams, pies, crumbles, country wines and fruit syrups’ The Loganberry is as large as the largest blackberry and when fully ripe is a dark bright red.  The flavour of the Loganberry is a combined flavour of both the blackberry and raspberry, pleasant, mild, and delightful.
