Hornbeam 150/175cm Bare Root (Carpinus betulus)
PRODUCT CODE: CB-BR-150/175
Carpinus Betulus - Hornbeam
Hornbeam (carpinus betulus) hedging plants are deciduous, hardy native plants, excellent for exposed, windy areas. Hornbeam is good for boggy, wet sites that no other plants can survive. They will tolerate waterlogging, but only if it drains away. Like Beech, Hornbeam will keep its leaves in the winter, which will provide screening, and privacy. Hornbeam can be hard pruned and bounce back with even a denser growth.
