After Plant Evergreen is a bioactive fertiliser with Rootgrow mycorrhizal fungi and beneficial bacteria.  It is a targeted plant food tailored to the needs of evergreen plants in the garden.

It has been found that evergreens planted directly into the ground benefit from the treatment for the first 3-5 years while their root system and fungal partners develop.  Containerised plants apply After Plant Evergreen twice a year for best results.  Application of After Plant Evergreen on all pot grown and garden plants to maintain lush foliage all year round.

Plant Application:  Can be used on Laurel, Buxus (box) Bay Trees, Camellia, Yew, Conifers and all other types of evergreen hedging or garden plants

How to Apply: For plants in the ground apply about 1-2 handfuls (25-50gm) to the base of the plant and lightly work into the soil and water well.  Larger more established plants may require 2 handfuls per sqm under the canopy of the plant.  If using for Box hedging, apply about 1 good handful for every metre.

Container Plants / Topiary:  Apply about 2-3 handfuls per plant each year.  Remove the soil from the top of the pot and replace with fresh compost each year.  Add 1-2 handfuls when replacing the compost keeping evergreens in peak condition.

*Empathy After Plant Evergreen is not a substitute for using Rootgrow at the time of planting.  For new planting or in poor soil conditions, we recommend using pure Rootgrow mycorrhizal fungi applied close to the plant’s roots.
