Description

Camellia Black lace considered a very steadfast, hardy camellia with glossy green leaves with a profusion of deep red delicate double flowers from Jan to March and again from November to December.  Black Lace is an ideal evergreen shrub for containers, beds and borders or any place to add a splash of colour to the garden. 

When to Plant

Plant in partial shade or full shade, moist but well-draining slightly acidic soil.  Black Lace prefers clay, loamy or sandy soils and will thrive most in north, south east and west facing situations.  Ultimate height and spread about 2.5m x 2.5m in about 10-20 years.
