If you missed out on Bareroot - We now have Pot Grown Purple Beech (Copper Beech) a very popular hedging plant. An ideal choice for all year round colour as beech bears dark purple leaves from early Spring to Autumn turning to a coppery colour for the remainder of the Winter. Beech is tolerant of most soil types including chalk but dislikes very heavy or wet soils. Hornbeam is better for these conditions. Plant 3 plants per metre in a single row or for a thicker hedge, plant 5 plants per metre in a double staggered row. Supplied as 60/90cm in 2L pots for year round planting.  For Information How to Plant a Hedge Click Here
