Description

Photinia Little 'Red Robin' has slightly brighter, more vivid foliage than the normal Red Robin hedge. Everything about the shrub is smaller, too, making it the perfect, colourful plant to fill gaps or for patio gardens. It has a compact, bushy nature and will reach up to around 1m high once mature. 

Where to Plant

Plant full sun for best colour, will tolerate dappled shade.  Soil should be slightly acidic, well draining.  Water during warm temperatures. Photinia red robin is an excellent alternative to other evergreen hedging.  It is very responsive to hard pruning and to shaping into pyramids, and columns.
