If you wish to make a claim under our Plant Guarantee, please provide the following information to help us assess the issue and offer the best resolution:

At least 3 clear images of the affected plants, including:
- The full planting area or row
- The surrounding environment
- A close-up of the failed plants
- Details of how the plants were planted, including any products used (e.g. Rootgrow, fertiliser)
- Your watering regime since planting
We aim to respond to all claims within 7 days.
Please note, under our Plant Guarantee, we will offer like-for-like replacements or a credit to the value of the plants. Delivery charges will apply to any replacement orders.
