If you wish to make a claim under our Plant Guarantee, please provide the following information to help us assess the issue and offer the best resolution:

  • At least 3 clear images of the affected plants, including:
    • The full planting area or row
    • The surrounding environment
    • A close-up of the failed plants
  • Details of how the plants were planted, including any products used (e.g. Rootgrow, fertiliser)
  • Your watering regime since planting

We aim to respond to all claims within 7 days.

Please note, under our Plant Guarantee, we will offer like-for-like replacements or a credit to the value of the plants. Delivery charges will apply to any replacement orders.
